Entire unit is available for guest use. There is a covered parking space as well as 3 additional driveway parking spaces on the property.

Florida has a tropical climate that bugs love as much as we do! We have regular pest control on the property, if you feel the need for additional service while here please notify us right away. Refunds will not be given for ants or general pests.
