We are currently a family of 3, Nickie, Andrew and Landon.  I (Nickie) found my initial love for real estate in 2012 and decided to dive in full time.  Around that same time, I met Andrew who shares my love for all things real estate and it didn’t take long for us to fall in love with each other. We married shortly thereafter and not long after that Landon joined our family. 

At the time we lived in Virginia Beach, VA and we began making plans to move further south to be in the warmer weather and be much closer to my family.  In 2020 we made that move and absolutely fell in LOVE with the area that we live (and now host) in. We love that we get to share these same areas and all our favorite places with you!

Ever since Landon was VERY small, hotel rooms just didn’t meet our needs for travel.  We wanted outdoor space, separate bedrooms, the ability to slowly wake up…I know some of you completely understand this, all while knowing Landon was safe and entertained. 

These are the same things that we work hard to incorporate into all our vacation rentals.  It amazes me every day that we get to create spaces in the area that we live in to help other families make memories.

 We are a family that loves all things outdoor with sun, sand, water, and salt air.  We love to kayak, boat, fish, bike ride and we want to share our favorite spots with you!
