**NEW** The Coastal Iris is located walking distance from CITY CENTER (shopping) of Seminole, Florida, and 2.5 miles from the BEACHES. We are a POOL home too with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 70" TV in the living room, TVs in all bedrooms, kitchen, and dining rooms. Laundry room too.

No check-out tasks for guests!!! :-) Just have fun.

The space

** The pool is unheated; it's VERY warm by the sun alone. We can't guarantee the temps in the dead of winter of course.**

The whole home is for your use during your stay. You are able to access using a keyless entry code. 2 Free Parking Spots: Carport and Driveway. No street parking available, however.
